We found out about our son's lip tie around his first birthday time. By that time, he had minor inflammations as well. The pediatric dentist in Bangalore recommended Dr. Saravanan for laser surgery at the earliest to avoid any complications later. With such positive reviews about his work, we immediately came to Chennai. In our first consultation itself, we felt very confident and went right ahead with the surgery and it was done in a jiffy. Doctor took quality time to explain the post surgery care. Although I worried about his post surgery recovery, but surprisingly he was so active and normal as if nothing ever happened. I am very thankful to this clinic for their exceptional service and support during and post surgery.

I first heard about Dr Saravana from facebook all india breastfeeding support group when I was seeking help to understand why breast feeding was so painful for me. I contacted him online since I am living in Pondicherry. He listened to my problem and asked lot of questions about babies health. He first asked me to try suck training and sent me YouTube videos for it. He also asked me to consult with KC and try various positions to see if it helps. He genuinely wanted to help a mother in pain. I consulted with LC and tried various positions but still didn't see much improvement. Due to covid I was sceptical to travel to Chennai with the baby who was 6 weeks old at that time. Doctor was kind enough to offer to visit me in Pondicherry for a face to face consult. He came to Pondy and checked the baby and said there was a restriction. He always insisted it was the mothers choice to go ahead with the procedure or can wait to see till baby grows to see if there is improvement. I went ahead with the procedure. With laser it hardly took 2 mins. No blood drop also. Initially after the procedure, first 24 hrs baby didn't latch so had to express and feed. after which he latched and the pain became more as baby was gumming me. I was worried and spoke to doctor. He calmed me and asked me to keep doing the oral exercises which he taught. After 1 week things started to get better and after 2 weeks I could see real improvement. Now I'm able to feed my baby without any pain. He regularly kept checking on me and the baby. It was so nice to meet a genuine human being in service of mothers who want to breastfeed their baby. Thank you doctor for your time, patience and expertise. I hope to continue my breastfeeding journey for as long as my baby requires it.

I did tongue tie laser surgery for my baby boy by dr.saravana kumar(Kanmani dental home).. he is dedicated towards his work,. Amazing doctor and down to earth person I ever met.. I was worried about my babies tongue tie he clearly explained what he s gonna do n how d procedure will be... He just took 3 to 5 mins for d procedure.. now my baby is super fine.. I definitely recommend him for tongue tie treatments...
