on 1st march 2021 i have deposited my amount of Rs 33,000 in Cash deposit machine but due to machine fault my money got stuck in that machine & shows as hardware error and i did not receive any receipt for that regarding this i spoke to my assistant manager of KVB Perambur he said that money will be credited within 2 working days the reason they tell to me that your request is in pending with backend team but it has not been credited till now that was my very bad customer service with KVB Perambur branch plz some one help
