In Chennai I seen best service center.. they won't hesitate to help.. they always give their full effort and giving their best outcome. I taken a 200as to this service center in a scrap condition , after a week they give me the surprise . Its like a new ..very best service center. Friendly approach and they give solution instantly and price also reasonable .. value for service and worth for their customer handling and they are the best ..this is the genuine review , because I owned discover 125 , as 200 , both bikes are serviced by kavya motors ..

For the past 10 years I am servicing my 2003 pulsar here. This service center is quite far away from my home, but still I service my bike only here.. Reason is very simple. Genuine advice, satisfactory service and reasonable cost. Most of the bajaj authorized service center in and around my house are only interested in extracting money but Kavya motors is not like that.

One of the worst service I ever seen for past 11yrs. Two times I have given bike for service, first they did something due to that major damage happened and for that I given service for second time, second time just did basic recovery like pasting the plastic toys. On that time they told everything is perfect, but they are telling it's kandam, if v work again also no use said by owner, so I took back my bike without leaving it for service by saying I will put it in scrap instead of leaving here for service. Avoid servicing your bikes here. Bike lovers be careful...

If you love your bike, don’t give bike servicing in Kavya motors. 1)Engine oil won’t be changed infront of you 2)Accept only cash (No cards and Paytm money accepted) 3)Worst attitude towards customer 4)Won’t call you if additional spare parts are replaced My experience -Before giving my bike Pulsar 200 NS for servicing i clearly asked, will you accept card and Paytm, they said “YES” and i asked oil to be changed in front of me, they said “OKAY”. They took 2 days for servicing. When i went to take my bike, engine oil was already changed. When i asked why they didn’t call me before changing oil, answer i got is “I don’t understand Tamil that’s why they didn’t call me”.Had quarrel for a while but no use because the way he (Suresh) was responding is shocking. After two days, bike rear brake got blocked, again went to kavya motors for repair. They took 1 whole day to repair it. When i went back to take my bike, again gave new bill includes 350/- labour charges pump 714/-.When i asked why didn’t you call me before changing new pump. He(Suresh) said “You didn’t respond to my call”. I asked to which number he called me. He show me a notes which clearly show that he called a wrong person who owns pulsar 180 with AP registration. This is how they have treated, I recommend not to give servicing in Kavya Motors.
