Great collections for bride in all varieties of dress. Cost is high as per the quality. Somany choice for bride and also for each occasions. This store is exclusive for ladies. Car parking is available. Easily locatable. Staffs are kind enough to show various options with patience. Over-all experience is soo good.

They had a better collection but the cost is too high. i bought a saree and dress for my sister's weeding.the dress was very loose to me but they told they will alter(which was worst part) and they even took measurements. I was not able to go to Chennai to collect the dress, so my uncle went for me to get the dress and then tried it on they didn't not alter anything just attached the sleeves and they send me the pant for the dress which they didn't even show me while i was buying the dress.the pant was torn and it looks like some old cloth.cost of the dress was 14k and i get bad fitting with torn pant.Very unpleasant experience.

Best Offers: Nice offers are going at the moment and its worth the money. Offers are amazing! Parking: Has good Bike & Car Parking space.

Bought two silk sarees for a wedding function, on 6/12/20. I’m a regular customer, but this time my experience with them was disrespectful. They showed me a pure silk saree which was blue in colour. They did not open the saree fully and never explained that it had an attached raw silk blouse instead of pure silk. I bought the saree since the salesman said it had the same colour running blouse. They cut the blouse and gave it to me while they kept the saree in the shop for falls and picco. When I came home, I noticed that the blouse was of a different colour and material. The raw silk blouse was a different shade of blue and did not suit the saree at all. When I went back to the shop, I was told that the blouse belonged to the same saree, and Mr. Balaji who attended me, right royally said that he had informed me about the blouse when I purchased it. Why would I come back to the shop if I was informed properly. When I said I wanted to talk to the manager, the manager made me wait for 20 mins in a shop with hardly any customers around, while he was busy with his own work and did not bother to ask if my issue was resolved. It was terrible. Even when I walked out in disappointment, no one bothered to stop me and ask if the they could do anything on their behalf. No apologies for miscommunication either. What sort of a service is this? I’ve always enjoyed shopping in Kay but this was a humiliating and bitter experience and I’m never stepping into that store again. It was almost as if they don’t care about losing loyal customers. Extremely disappointed. Cannot believe that I’ve been purchasing in a shop like this, from the time they opened it in Anna Nagar.

Their stiching is horrible. Had to make trip to this Kay at least 4times for them to get my gown properly adjusted ( just the sleeves. The gown itself was readymade)
