One of the best jewellery shop in chennai, may be they don't have big advertisements but they had repeated customers I'm one of them, past 15 years I'm the customer OK jewellers, good quality of gold with decent rate.

Very bad customer service, Came to exchange a purchased item and they dint even help saying the shop had closed.They were attending to other customers purchasing huge gold chains, mine was a small bracelet.Extremely disappointed at the pathetic attitude and bias towards customers. Also kindly provide correct details in google and the webiste the shop timing is wrongly updated hence misleading customers.
