My SELTOS was delivered two weeks back from Capital Kia Adyar branch. My sales representative was Mr.Durai Mohan. He did a great job From booking to deliver the car at 8.00 pm to my apartment, you don't believe that the car was delivered in three days with registration, number plate & FAST TAG, . Overall the process was very cool and comfortable for me. Ms Shirin was constantly chasing for the first service though i was out of station , the collected the car fix all my remarks and delivered back home on the same day , i never experienced such a excellent service over here in Chennai Their entire team was so good in customer care Kudo to the team and keep up the great work. Note: About the car i will post it after two months , it is too early to write any thing

We had been looking for Compact SUV since last year. From the minute we walked into Capital KIA Adyar, Kathiravan & Team made our car purchase (Sonet GTX) nothing short of pleasurable. We took a test drive with Kishore and Lavanya. Kathiravan is extremely patient, we never felt pressured to make a decision, In-fact we did change the Variant after booking as we didn’t want to miss out on certain features. He arranged calls from finance and insurance team to make the processing smooth. Mohan helped choosing the right finance option. They were there any time we called regarding loan processing, registration, accessories, and delivery date. Arvind explained and helped with the insurance. Madhan took care of the accessories we wanted. Ganesh handed the KIA kit, he explained every technical feature in detail and helped us configure them post-delivery. Kathiravan was there with us updating the status from the day our car was allotted, to the date it reached the yard and about the delivery. We got our car on time, the time that was given while booking. We did get the after sales call from the team, which felt good, to know that it wasn’t just another sale/business but a bond. Hope this bond continues when we take our car for service. We are a HAPPY KIA Customer!!!!!

I'm writing this review after 1 month of purchasing from Captial Kia Adyar showroom. I must say had a very smooth transaction with the dealership and thanks to the sales person Mr Albert. Albert was a well sophisticated and decent young man who showed immense patience and was so kind to take time and explain us everything in detail. I booked on 17th and got delivery on 20th same month. It was super fast. Mr Mohan from Finance helped me in suggesting and choosing the bank for loan process and again it was seamless process I'm really impressed with the customer service Mrs. Asiya Shireen kudos to you . She continuously tracked on my feedback to check anything required or need to be done/improved from them. That's a good sign from customer care. Hoping vehicle service team will also do same good work which is more important for the customers for the long run. Thanks a lot Capital Kia Adyar
