Had a Worst service experience with them. Don't trust them. I trusted them and paid 3k for my washing machine service while they have broken my genuine spare and replaced that with one old faulty spare. From that onwards my machine started to give trouble So tried plenty of times to reach them using different different numbers but they never reaponded nor attended my fault. Finally called the authorized service center for the same and they charged 2.5k( for brand new genuine spares with warranty) now the machine is working fine. Even authorized service centre is billing lower amount comparing with the local mechanic. So plz don't trust them and don't pay the amount in advance.
