I have got appointment for 2.30pm but when I went and asked they told me that no idea of when doctor will check. I took audiogram service was good reception was helpful. I would request when we call for enquiries pls do inform a bit more information of what required frm the patient. Less informative when I called it's a humble request.

I don't have words to thank the hospital for helping my father- in- law get treated by two senior doctors. We were running helter skelter just to see a doctor, since most hospitals in the city were converted as Covid treatment centers. Salute to KKR Research Hospital for the humane touch. Even though my father- in -law had just recovered from Covid, the doctors were willing to examine him and offer the necessary treatment. My sincere thanks to Dr.Ravi. He need not have done the procedure ( nasal abscess), all by himself, but as he said "I'm doing this out of compassion" goes to demonstrate that compassion was in action at KKR hospital. I would like to thank Ms Venesa who helped us out in getting the appointment and for making sure that everything was done as recommended by the doctor. Thank you madam. Our thanks to the hospital staff, esp. Ms. Manimegalai, the sister who displayed patience when the cannula was inserted and for administering the IV antibiotic injection. Very organize clinic and nice doctors! They always give importance to their patients. My husband had ENT problem. when we visited first day in this clinic, doctors completed all of the test.Next day, they started treatment. They gave him proper medicine and injections . Now he is completely cure. I strongly recommended all patients to go KKR hospital. Thanks again all doctors and staff of this clinic.

One of the best ENT clinic in Chennai. I went for a recurring severe sinus problem. Everything from appointment schedule to clinical test to Doctor follow up was just fine. Simple test like blood, Urine, X ray were taken inside the facility itself. For CT scan, you might have to go to nearby Labs. Apparently, there is a "Aarthi scans and labs" nearby to take care of CT or MRI needs. During your first appointment, you have to first meet a junior doctor and take the relevant test before meeting the senior Dr. Ramalingam. They never pushed me for Surgery. After the x ray & CT scan, they recommended to try tablets before trying the surgery. And, there is no enough car parking facility for patients. Your best bet is to park near KMC hospital parking as KKR is just a walkable distance from KMC. Hope this review helps!

Reception incharge are worst in response. There won't be a proper bill amount. They get biopsy and won't give us the bill. Everytime appointment had a bad experience. Operation wise good. But bill and report submission is worst.

The hospital is good, and the doctors care also good. But the 2nd floor nurses was not in properly respons. Nurses can't care about the patient. Its is really worst.
