Why should we have to suffer by giving our bike for service in authorised service center. They don't service properly and you can see that they charge 2.5% for card payment . Who the hell charges extra for card payment . They fool customers by adding some parts in invoice which they not even replace .

Worst Bajaj service centre in chennai. They r purely un professional and no technical knowledge about premium bikes like dominar 400. They just water wash ur bike adjust the chain slack and give u the bike. I serviced my dominar here for coolant issues they can't even sort wats the problem, but they bill me around 9k.

Sincere advice to KLN, Either change the entire team or forget about survival. Pathetic customer support Customer has better knowledge than your so called mechanics. Wondering if all the freshers are getting trained here with customers bikes. Hope to see the center getting closed soon. And what the hell is Corona charges 250rs? Thiruttu pasanga

One of the worstuuu service.i just gave coz of brake sound.after 15days of new bike.they just made a little tighten and gave me like same and they got me 200 service charge. After 20days Petrol indigator problem i gave go two times They do not do with warranty.they do like tat they pay for me alike.warrnty la iruthaa change panungaww da. My pulsar BS4 Was totally ruined coz of you guys.the floor in charge didnt properly answer me.

If you give your bike for service they will make your bike even more worse than before..poor response sorry no response.. unprofessional.. please put up a decent service outlet for Dominar at least

Fraudulent service persons theydthey even have knowledge about the parts or vehicles they simply ask us to change to entire paart and keep the old part and sell it. I wont recommend even for a small repair
