I purchased two office chairs from them. They were of mediocore quality. The first one broke a wheel within a couple of weeks of using it. The shop sent someone after two visits of requesting them to send someone the first of which involved them writing down my address and disposing of me. The second was me asking nicely for support because they had my money now and I was at their mercy. They did send someone to fix it eventually in a couple of days and they did fix the wheel. After a month of usage the chair's backrest just kept tilting backwards until one can no longer sit comfortably while resting on the back rest. Overall the quality of the chair considering the cost isn't really there. Both chairs I purchased aren't lasting even one year in the original purchased condition and are deteriorating. I recommend against buying chairs here.
