I have used their product for 3 years and have received proper service any time there has been a need. something which most other providers lack. They have a proper database to query customers. So all you need to do is call and they have all details right from the date of purchase even if it is 3-4 years old. Slightly overpriced when compared to other vendors but the quality of after sales service that you get gives you the ultimate peace of mind.
