Kotak bank : very worst service..and staffs not responding mee.. bad experience.. he cheat my money.. don't open acc in this bank..!!! ((Kodambakkam branch))

Unfortunately I had an Acc with bank , and availed a gold loan . I paid entire money and in excess , but they didn't took more than 6 hours to complete process , since there was no officer at Branch to resolve the issue .this branch has no officers , only back end service personals . Also behaviour of staffs are very bad .they never consider any request of the Custumer .they are always on their personal phones or on marketing calls , for finding new customers to cheat .
