I have recently purchased Suzuki Gixxer sf 250 Motogp edition. Buying experience is very nice and smooth. Overall right from visiting the showroom for first time to delivery of bike is taken care very good. Excellent customer service by the team. I appreciate service manager Hari and showroom manager Deepak for his customer service. Highly recommended showroom if you expect smooth buying experience and more importantly customer service experience.

Worst customer service @KRITHI SUZUKI SERVICE ........I took acess125 bike with net cash in last March 2020,Somany times I came they not giving proper response Manager name Mr.Ajith still I didn't receive accessories and bike service book

I bought Suzuki SF 250 last Dec, They told Insurance will be for 5 years. Later they gave only for 1 year. No response for phone call. 3 months over till now insurance not yet renewed for 5years. Worst response. Surender
