Awesome service. Special thanks to service advisor Mr. Vinoth. Precisely the service team have been doing a great job so far & they have added value to my elite i20. I own an elite i20 2016 model. After repeated calls to give my new i10 nios for its first service and said they would even pick it up, finally gave it was picked by their driver at 10 am promised to return it at 5 pm but when called at 5 thirty to check the status, the said the car was ready but the driver will bring it only when his shift is over and it's time for him to go home as his home is nearby! So I waited was about to go out with my family car came at 7 pm with a scratch in bumper (pic attached) so all plans spoiled. And now have to deal with this, Mr karthik said he will speak with management and get approval and fix it in 2 days ( whatsapp conversation attached) but now not picking up phone no response. Will update as matters progress, for now they deserve 1 star.

The service advisor was Chandrasekhar who was good to analayse the problem in my vehicle also delivered my Vehicle at the promised time after correcting the problem. Giving 4 star, 1 star has been reduced because of the poor response of the front desk or reception who was busy in telling to install Hyundai Mobility app but not allocating any service advisor for about 1.5 hour. Front desk or reception should be given training on Customer Satisfaction first then on Hyundai Mobility app.

Bitter experience 2nd time. Committing some thing and doing other think for the sake of business money....I am bound to avail their services only since they are nearby doctor for my car
