I had been admitted in KVT Speciality Hospital for my covid treatment and I must say that the hospital is absolutely, thoroughly professional. Throughout the 7 days that I was admitted, I was very well taken care by all the doctors and nurses. They were very kind, caring and affectionate in their approach. Very hygienic and polite staff. The doctors were also very calm and composed and kept the patients spirits high and kept assuring that they will get better. I would highly recommend this hospital

Hospital is well-maintained and very hygienic. Patients are attended to immediately with patient hearing and utmost care. I'd like to make a special mention about Ms Supritha, Mr.Bergin Ms Uma and physiotherapist who had taken very good care of me while I was admitted there and improved my confidence about quick recovery.

Admitted my son for treatment. Remained as inpatient for 23 days. Excellent care and service from doctors level to house keeping department. All doctors and staff are curtatious and render excellent service. Felt safe and homely ! Only discomfort I felt was canteen food quality!

Very worst experience faced on 27th Mar at reception regarding billing, we have received insurance approval and very clearly mentioned how much insurer to be paid but the lady sits in reception asking for extra money which was not told in insurance approval, i asked for a justification so they took their manager on call around10.30pm but I don't know I spiked with manager or someone else, when I was asked for the clarification not agreeing even it is documented in approval he is also not given solution instead of that he asked me to pay extra 1 day room rent, here I understood what is actual problem is like whatever amount they said that we need to pay, Note: final bill was sent to insurance company only 7.30pm 27th mar by the hospital asked me to pay 1 day room rent at 10.30 pm by the manager after the discussion. Doctor's Mr.vivek sir this is for your information how your management servicing people, you are really good in serving people but when your absence things are not happening in right way, pls take care

I went this hospital last week for front Neck pain, I already suffering from 10days. They asked me to Admit immediately so I decide to use my insurance on cashless, They done all the Test (Blood, urine, ultra sound, CT scan, Endoscopy) after 4 days Say no issues found, The hospital Staffs also acting in front of Doctors but not taken care the patients Genuinely, Still I suffering from the pain and now I search the causes on Google It simply explains clearly what exactly my problem is So I suggest Normal injury and Regular Disease you can go this hospital but unknown and major issues please avoid to visit.

Today myself and my wife went to administer Covid19 vaccines. We were instructed to come tomorrow and the staff were rude and told that unless 10 people are there they will not inject the medicine. Is it our job to mobilize 10 person

Bunch of doctors who fear to attend aged persons and risk cases . Don't be looking at the good reviews and judge this hospital . They only show professionalism in treating very easily curable diseases.One of the highlight is that they kept thermometer for hours and forgot to take it before patient goes to reception and you usually get reply as bed not available if they think that their doctors unfit to handle it.
