Everytime I go this service station they respond very promptly and help me with all my queries. However they have to improve like last time for the car service they did free pick up and drop, after the delivery I saw one of the bolt was missing and one informed about it.

Showroom is more spacious and easily identifiable in main road.. friendly staff. Currently Magnite is in top booking. Unable to test drive due to unavailability of test vehicle. Staffs can be more knowledgeable on the product specs. Can be improved.

Went twice for nissan magnite test drive but they deny for some reason. I could see one test drive vehicle driven by customer but they did say test drive vehicle went for service to me...not sure how they pick the customer for test drive ...went starlight to renault and tested triber however it is very noisy...anyway changed my mind and waiting for kiger..Nissan is eager to bounce back with Magnite but with this kind of sales people they can only go back to Japan @

2 years before I purchased redi go car on ambattur showroom that time the sales person committed for free wheelcap but still now that person did not give any freebies I asked 5 to 10 times but they committed 1 week time 2 weeks time but after that no response. Very poor experience.

There is no proper response for the customer. When customer is enquireing about the car the sales person just speaking on their phone and not responding to the customer. They dont know how to respect their customer. Worst dealer with no proper response. The car is good but worst dealer.
