I had visited the showroom a few weeks after the lockdown was lifted to enquire about the Jaguar XF. The sales consultant didn't even guide me to the car, i had to find it and observe it and had to do it all alone while he was just standing beside me. He did not even explain the features neither did he wear a mask(I was wearing one though). I was shocked at the way he treated me. Owning two other luxury cars, I have never received this kind of an attitude towards a serious buyer and they did not have a demo car. I wanted to trade in my car and asked for a resale which he said he would get the exact price in 30 minutes and he did not call me neither did he follow up with me for the prices and other quotations till date. I hope someone of higher authority looks into this issue and mend it so th other buyers are not fooled.

1) People who go there for booking JLR or just to test drive the cars, please have a Business card with you. Their first question will be, " Sir can I get your Business card" 2) Unlike all other showrooms, they also get your driving licence xerox copy before Test drive. 3) Know that all the New cars start from 55 Lakhs. They will arrange Finance very quickly and feasible. 4) As the location of showroom is near Tight traffic, you will be take opposite to Richie street for test drive. It's ideal place for testing there.

If there is any negative rating i will prefer it....Worst executive..showing attitude..Today Land rover placed a display in pacifica tech park navalur, chennai.. I took my friend with me to visit it.while i am seeing features of the car my friend was talking in phone.One of the executive rudely behaved and telling me we have not brought the car for you to speak in phone inside the car..I informed him that i brought my friend with me i am asking the car features to you why you insulting him..but again he rudely answering me.Then i told him its ok no problem we are leaving now..But he simply said goooo..what an attitude..globally we all know LR is big brand. But these guys will spoil the brand name. I am afraid before buying itself if they behave like this, what would be their response after buying the car. Totally frustrated...
