Pros: 1. Good service and follow up. 2. Polite Optometrist and does not push the product on you. 3. They did not have my frame so they took the effort to get it from another store. 4. Timely response. 5. Quick delivery time and they had the glasses delivered to my home. 6. They offer free service (changing nose pads, tightening the frame, etc) if you've purchased your glasses from them. 6. Quality products. Cons: 1. There is a very limited collection. They used to have a wide range of frames to chose from before. The Titan Eye Plus right next door have a plethora of options to choose from. 2. Discounts seem dodgy and meagre. You can avail discounts only when you spend more money. They inform you of some discount and ask you to spend more money to avail that discount. The entire point of a discount is defeated and you end up spending more money than you planned and purchasing unwanted products. But they don't force it on you though. 3. Considering the money you spend on their "premium" brands, the least they can do is to offer some form of loyalty discounts to their long standing patrons.

Came here to get my mom glasses serviced post lock down, the safety norms were excellent and maintained in standard for the customers and the staffs. I was suggested to get a new pair as the old pair has been damaged. They visited home to do eye check up whether any change in power for mom and Mr. Senthil helped in choosing the correct and suitable frame n lenses. Even they gave a great offer of buying additional lenses with 50% off..Happy purchasing here and would recommend for others.
