I purchased the laptop exactly wt specification I required under my budget except the screen size.. The staff( I remember his name is Pradeesh) was polite and calm ... Clearly answered all my queries.. he ordered laptop in lenovo online portal matching my requirements, made me best offers and eventually I saved 3000rs comparing to flipkart and Amazon...

This is a worst lenovo showroom. The person named manjunath was very rude and harsh. 0% knowledge in customer handling. I planned to buy Lenovo ideacentre g5 gaming but after his speech I was totally upset about lenovo product and that person. Before visiting this showroom please leave all your respect outside. These people never treats properly. They just think customers are fool and slave. I will give 0 or minus rating to this showroom. Very very worst which I have seen in my life time.
