I PLAN TO BUY ONE GAMING LAPTAP I WAS SEARCHING LAST ONE MONTH IN CHENNAI LAPTOP SHOWROOM AND MULTIBRAND SHOWROOM ALSO FINALY I BOUGHT GBS SYSTEMS LOCATED IN GST ROAD TAMBARAM LENOVO SHOWROOM, I GAVE 5* RATING FOR GAVE ME A GOOD DEAL COMPARING WITH ONLINE AND OTHER STORE, I WONDER THAT GBS SYSTEMS LENOVO EXCLUSIVE STORE MATCHED ONLINE PRICE AND PROVIDED ACCESSORY AS WELL, WELL TRAINED STAFFS, GOOD AMBIENCE AND SERVICE ETC. Visited Lenovo showroom Tambaram, Very good customer service representative, guided customer(me) with the best selection of products based as my usage. Also suggested a solution to how to make use of my old system. I wanted to reduce one star only they didn't give me a discount but since I am happy it's the best way to give a perfect score.

Be careful while buying laptops from this store, they give you defected laptops but open in front of you don’t buy this approach you check all are working better , for me the camera was poor in quality compared immediately with the display product they agreed. This after billing they offered the display piece to take who will buy? Finally he spoke to the owner and gave a packed one which was fresh one. Scan all the barcode in the product.

I purchased a new Lenovo laptop from this showroom recently,they told that they will give a complement product as either bag r Mouse or else asked to pay 500 extra to get both.we said mouse is enough for us as complement.But in billing they added Rs:508.47/-for mouse with total bill and didn't give any complement as they promised to give us before selling the laptop.when asked reply was not fair....this guys don't keep up their wrds.... disappointed with them.
