Being very specific to review the shopping experience with this place. Located on prime spot on the heart of the city, this place as quite a better listing of all the LG appliances. Salesperson Mubarag was so informative about the products and was suggesting the best deals and options based on our requirements. The cost for products should be compared against online shopping costs(for basic idea) and you'll definitely have benefits from the showroom. You can't find the local brand accessories in this shop for the appliances but you'll get better steer on what to buy and why. Overall very satisfied with the shopping experience. Note : LG demonstration was quite simple and the owners manual has all relevant information more helpful than the LG representative. I'm not sure of the extended warranty purpose, but this was not provided on the showroom but the LG representative would try to sell this during demonstration so users can use it if required.

Very helpful genuine people. And all original LG products. Their attitude and service are excellent. The stocking and the patient explaining/demo is very good. We were very impressed with the covid safety protocols too. Of course, needless to say - we bought a big size TV and the product is top class.

This was my first visit to this shop. Went to enquire about window AC. Staff were courteous and I got the required information. Their quoted price was more or less on par with the market trend and not the best.
