Doesn't seem like these people care. Unacceptable restroom quality. NO toilet seat in the women's restroom. No handsoap. They're not a charity. I'm sure they can afford these basic things. They'll do a scan and take your money happily though.

At the basement. Cannot handle heavy rains. Was flooded when I went. Parking only for 2 vehicles. But parking available in mainroad side streets a little away.

Worst experience. Lack of restroom, for elderly people. Not enough staff, even to observe MRI and CT scans, and to help patient get into scan room. They asked patient Attender to stand near MRI, without any sound proof equipment. What happens if that excess radiation and sound cause damage to ears? Definitely a sueable offense. Lack of responsibility, very worst behaviour by staff. Cheating by charging extra money. We are paying big amount from 20k to 30k, still they need all by cash only, no card machine available too. Severe action needed for all these worst experience they give to common people.

A big loot. CT Scan for Chest charges are Rs.7,500 which is exorbitantly high and realised it almost double compared to other labs. Called up at least two Renowned Labs to check the cost and surprisingly it’s only Rs 4250/- with the film and the report within 2-3 hrs. There is no other rocket science involved. Liberty Scans are a Big Loot and cheating people with higher costs for no reason. Avoid them and you will save A lot of money.

Place is totally unhygienic and there is a pool of water in the sideways of the ramp walking into the reception. The footprints of water are everywhere on the floor and there are 4-5 girls who are running around and taking more than 15 mins to do simple billing. Equipments are extremely old, rusty. Room is filthy.. No card payment only cash available.. I asked for report to be sent by email and they agreed. Noted my email ID also. After evening, their phone was continuously busy till closing time. I think they have kept the receiver out. Another number mentioned in receipt was out of order. No email was received also. One of the most unprofessional and worst scan centers. I am surprised Mr. Mohan Kameswaran and Merf who have reputation of being top ENT centers give least importance to tying up with a professional scan center not bothering about the patients and their difficulties..No SMS updates and no mail reports. Astonished. Pls don't ever go this place and waste your money

Never ever go to this place as they charge 3 times more than others. They say one price on phone n when u go in person another 3k raised. Beware of lootters
