Not a great place for the tests (Whatever). The lady sitting there is not aware of anything. Everytime she picks up the phone and speaks to someone for advise. Problem is she's not trained properly. Even for a report she's talking to someone. A small tiny place with not much facilities. It's only a collection centre. Overall the experience was not satisfying.

The experience was good. The place is clean and neat and hygienic with properly maintained along with person allotted with required knowledge to attend the customers and collect samples accordingly. This place is just for a sample collection prior to testing, available in this locality which is being sent to their main laboratory located at Nungambakkam. With no delay, reports are being delivered as informed in prior. They do Accept card and cash payments as well. Though went during their lunch time, they attended and assisted better. Overall it was good.

Such a useless and money minded people. Don't even consider about customer and their requirements. Never recommend. Staffs are lacking knowledge. Such a bad example for metropolis behaviour. Don't waste your money and go to Sakthi nagar branch for better services.

I had gone there for taking sugar test and they had just a trainee to take blood samples who didn't even know he had to tighten the hand using the belt before taking blood and he hadn't even found the correct nerve and since blood didn't Come he just shaked the needle from inside telling that he was searching for blood... That part of my hand is swollen and there's a blood clot and it pains a lot... When I had complained abt the very same to the other technician he fought with me instead of accepting their side mistake.. Later when we called the head incharge of this area he accepted that the person who took my blood was infact a trainee... Very poor service by ppl within the premises
