The experience centre in Chennai,is a place where we see our ideas for our new home in front of the eyes.People here are so friendly and I really appreciate them about how they keep the centre clean and sanitize frequently in this covid situation

Project booking with payment on 23rd Nov'20 & Final payment cleared on 26th Mar'21. Till now only False ceiling work in completed. No other work initiated sofar. After handing house key on 13th Mar'21 giving false promise that work is to be completed within ten days. But our project manager always blaming us with baseless arguments and adamentaly delaying the project. Till now in our site a single labour working in snail pace way which is hard to complete within stipulated time. Lot of discussion and designing throw out of air & each and every things has to be guided under daily supervision by us. Inspite of civil planing & electrical lining unnecessary digging of walls, damaging structure will costs our times and delay. The reputation of Livspace downgraded in a way that dependent solely on very few local labourers and entire team only on paper & nothing else. Hats off to our project manager didn't hear our appeal that We are in plan to do grahapravesa on 1st of Chithirai and negletting all our calls after final payment. What else We will do?

There show room in Chennai was amazing! Approachable people! Both budget friendly and luxurious designs are available!! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for interior designer!! Very clear with there work ! They don’t give any false recommendations!! Calls spade a spade!! Which I personally liked with them !!

At first i put 5 stars when i visited their place.But after seeing their finished product they dont deserve that 1 start also.I strongly suggest not going to them.Had the worst experience ever.Their are other places who do a much much better job.And treat their customers with respect.Please AVOID going here!!!

It's an overall satisfying but I would say not so overwhelming great experience with Livspace Chennai operations. Project started on Feb 01 and finally delivered on May 28 , with some snags. There were some challenges in the execution as well as a delay in delivery. IMHO, I believe the team needs to be more clear and open about their plan and pricing to the clients from the very first interaction. Also, they need to focus more on meeting deadline(s). The senior designers need to brief their team(s) about the client budget along with their requirements. I understand an inflation of 10% from the initial budget but should not get over-budgeted by around 40-50%. Business Manager(s) should coordinate with the team(s) more often rather than running behind the clients for payments. On Site Team needs to improve their process a lot, mainly the coordination between PM, PE, Third Party On-Site workers and their own labors. Finally, the materials delivery team needs to be more careful about the shipment. We received two glass items, both broken. So, in a nutshell, I believe each and every department needs to improve a lot, if you care about customer satisfaction. PR Team can contact me for any specific individual name to find out how's their performance(s).

The experience at Livspace today was great for me, their presentation for our home was perfect and they just have the best stuff. We were given the right information and Mr.Thameem took good care of us. We have not booked them yet, but that is a work in progress and they already have made a great impression on us. Fingers crossed.

Well, they have a wide range of collection to look, touch and experience the finish. Each room experience is very nice. The executive were very curtious and explained each and every aspects of in detail. Even there are full catalogs available to choose and pick the materials. I would say one stop solution for all your interior needs.
