Storngley recommend Honda to cancel the dealership for this branch. Customers please don't waste your time and spoil your bike by giving service here.. 1.Unable to water wash the bike 2.unable to provide computerised bill. Printer fault 3.no card machine. Only cash, if you provide cash they don't have change. 4.im not sure what they have done for 2nd free service and unable to provide itemized bill but they charged 700rs. 5.worst customer service. Local mechanic shop is far better compared to lodha Honda. Take some action or close the branch.

Worst experience got the bill and there was a different address in there so first Went to tambram stop and then have to go to the place where the vehicle was. N the people working there are so stupid they dont even know the address of the other location . Completely waste of time

Very bad customer service. There is no test drive vehicle and they have a board put up saying "ask for test drive". While they have test drive route map, the staff asked us to drive within the showroom area where all the vehicles are parked. No one is willing to answer customer questions and it is very bad that a showroom in a prime area has this kind of attitude.
