Service for the bike is OK, but they are not doing it properly and not maintaining the punctuality during delivery taking long time, I've been waiting for more than 2 hours

I have only visited the sales showroom. The salesperson was courteous and gave us the estimate. We did not have to wait too much for a test ride and were given both the scooters we wanted to check. Pleasantly surprised. Getting a test drive vehicle may take some time. If you have patience the overall purchase experience will be good.

The showroom is good and we can able to see all Activa variants in all colours. I had a very bad experience in another showroom wherein I was able to see diff colours of Activas in brochures only wherein in this showroom I could able to see all the colours physically. More importantly I could able to compare 110 with 125 not in brochure but physically. All the sales executives were friendly and patience enough to explain the features when they were asked again and again.

Service is not Great. Front Wheel Alloy Paint got removed. When asked for it , they are telling in high pressure cleaning it might have got removed. For this again I have to come on next day to correct it. We gave service to have bike looks better. Not with more compliants. Completely disappointed and dissatified. Even they gave bike key bended.

I serviced my bike for 3rd time in Ullagaram branch. I'm not satisfied with even a single time. Last time they don't even checked my break shoe issue. Instead they just tight the break and now its impacts the tail light. Simply they have changed the engine oil and wash the bike(that is too not proper) and delivery it. Really really dissatisfied...

Very poor service. Not able to provide even a single bolt for bumper frame and fixed it with cable tie. When given for service they kept the key inside the cabinet and locked the seat.then broke the seat lock and charged us for their carelessness. Worst experience. Roadside mechanics are better than here.
