I had been subscribed for about 2-3 months moths for cows milk until paramedic started. The milk quality and taste was good. We would also make butter of it. The delivery was prompt, on time every day. The delivery guy assigned was very decent and polite. I had to stop because I felt the delivery guy was scared or unwilling to deliver to my area, understanding situation of pandemic I paused subscription for some time, later cancelled permanently. But I must say: the milk quality was good. Not a single day got spoiled milk.

We have subscribed to Madras Milk for the past 3 years. Since then, we just tried one another Organic milk delivery service but in comparison to Madras Milk, and the quality, it was no where close. We are satisfied with the service and now the overall response and customer care has been exceptional. They respond immediately over the phone and resolve queries instantly, which helped me to stick to the brand for our family dairy requirements for years now.
