Madras University ground is very big and located centrally in Chetput, spur tank road near to Government Chest hospital. Cricket is played here mostly. This huge ground can be used for multiple purposes. The gallery is old, which can be renovated. Has lot of greenery which is really good for health. This ground is part of Madras University's physical Education and Sports wing. This ground can be used for other sports activities also apart from Cricket alone.
