One of the best & quality shop in Chennai and that too a wholesale shop at very low price. I did shopping for my sister and we spent 3-4 hours in that shop. They sell most of the steel items at Rs.500 per Kg (In Dec 2020). This is a wholesale shop and definitely crowd is there but never mind, this becomes one of my favorite shop in Chennai. The quality of the steel is absolutely spectacular, the cost of a large Plate which I bought is just Rs,180/- and when I checked in other shops its more than Rs.250'- but with medium size. All staffs are busy & its natural in a wholesale shop so I feel we should co-operate with them. We bought around 30 items and while billing I thought the bill amount would come to 30 or 40k but I ended up with 14K only. Very surprised and happy. Will go again :)

I could give only 1 star for this shop. Their behaviour with customers is slightly rude. During purchase, they agreed to perfectly deliver the goods, however, during delivery they sent only the driver and did not have courtesy to send extra persons to carry the goods Mind u all the goods were heavy. Luckily I was around so I was able to help the driver to carry the goods, imagine if only my old mom was at home, it would have been extremely difficult for her. They just want to dump their goods off, they don't have heart to do good service. They really gmhave very bad communication among themselves and this adds to our sufferings. Sorry to say this. We decided not to buy any more things from this shop.

There was a huge crowd and no monitoring or regulation. All jumbled. Every one is busy about something - am talking about the employees. They just want to answer something and take the load off the shoulders. Best answer is "not available". No effort is made to check. All inventory right in the brain. Each item gone - automatic deduction. Some sense of responsibility is needed.

There are many items for us to buy under the same roof here. That's the only advantage though. It's crowded like hell, takes a lot of time for billing and payment. And finally stand in big q to collect items bought. Customer service is not good. Need a lot of improvement... Must change the old style of business...

Quality of the products varies basis the products chosen, one can get high quality product or alternates. Prices are affordable as well.
