I buy my pulsar 150 twin disk, before 6months I completed my three free services. After first service my battery not working. Given for replacement took 20days to get my battery back mean while they gave alternative battery to run my bike (for my own battery to check in battery service company for transportation fee they asked 150rs) within one month battery getting spoiled is not acceptable.after 9000km of run I change small head light bulb.. how come within 6months of time so many issues are coming. Three more complementary visit is left.if I need to use means, fourth visit is chargeble need to pay 2000 , n 5 is free.. like that. I never do service any more in here. I better do service out side. Will finish below 1k. Tk.

Might be we can consider buying bikes with them (but they will not have proper display and variety of bikes)but the after sales and support was very poor here . Better go for good dealer of same bike company .even their staff where so restless bought two bikes so far from this showroom

Horrible service. Improper diagnosis and a waste of time, energy and money servicing your bike here. Very negligent, unrepentant and head held up high staff. Service manager (Mr. Peter) definitely not upto the mark and unprofessional. Untrained mechanics who destroy and distress your vehicle as they work on something else. Basic good servicing practices like not pouring back into the engine the drained out oil if it was collected on a dirty tray even though the oil was just changed were not followed. They seem to work just for the money and not according to the books or customer satisfaction. I suspect malpractices, but I could be wrong. They also didn't tighten my footrest which they loosened while working on my bike for leverage purposes after I yelled at them for collecting oil in a dirty tray and pouring it back into the engine. This was a very dangerous thing too as it could have put myself, the pillion and others fellow road users in danger if it had fallen off and I was unable to access the brake pedal due to the fallen footrest. The amenities provided are also questionable as the service schedule of the water cooler they have there is overdue according to the equipment care sheet present there.
