I am not interest to buy but he explain and other thing is very good I am impress to Malles Projects Malles Akankssha 2bhk apartment but not available BHK . Not a good experience in buying flats with Malles builders. The project was completed with huge delays. The builder is unreasonably charging the client in different areas. And, they find every reasons to squeeze the client to milk money from the customers. They promise so much, but in reality it is nothing. And, their executives are not customer friendly, they just repeat what they have been taught to speak without understanding the request from the customer. I won't not recommend this builder to anyone. I made a wrong choice of going with this builder.

Advertisement they put and in reality is different, the way the representative behave is very bad, I was looking for apartment in malles akaansha, so I approached the marketing office in perumbakkam the sales person Vignesh was not responding properly, what the price this Vignesh so called senior executive is quoting is high when compared to the one they displayed on their site and what their representative told while doing online chat. This Vignesh will mislead you with high prices you should be carful. Also, he was not friendly in showing the site or apparments for the customer, he will ask us to go and find the and see the apartment for ourselves they don't even guide us, If this is the situation in beginning itself, then imagine how the will behave with us after paying the initial amount or booking. So I dropped the plan of buying the apartment from malles. I too seen some other builders but the way the reponse I got from malles representative is very bad. Be careful with their pricing also.

Its a luxurious villa converted in to an office. The staff is well trained and well behaved. You need follow-up sometimes otherwise they are prompt and process oriented mostly.
