I went last month ( September 2020) to get Legal heir certificate and he asked me the cost was little bit expensive , even i paid the amount without any reduction. Days gone still i didnt get the legal heir certificate , since he is old guy not able to visit the nearby taluk office and don't know the superiors to get the legal heir certificate. I am giving only 1 star ,since the cost expensive and older( mean that not able to actively work with government authorities)

I highly recommend Mr. Manivannan, Notary and Advocate and his very capable son Mr. David, Advocate. Their work has been efficient, quick and done with a lot of integrity. If you are looking for a place where your work is given personal care and attention and where you get honest work done with value for money, this is the place to go. My best wishes and blessings to Mr. Manivannan and Mr. David.

It is a 10x10 room with 2 senior advocates practicing in it. Very experienced, calm and composed advocates. Friendly, practical and clear minded people. I went yesterday for notorisng a document. Mr. Manivannan did it . His son was helping in making the entry in registers. He said charge is Rs.500, I agreed. He made me fill the form and then he signed, and sealed it. Then only he remembered 2 stamps to be attached for Rs.15. he said charges are 15 Rs more, so 515. He could have bear the stamp fee himself, but again people have different opinions on this, so I am not going into this. Rs.500 is a big fee for notorising a single sheet of Medical license application, but I wish he works in Robin hood principle and asked more fee thinking I am capable of paying it, so that he can charge less to others( I wish he does this, but not sure what he does in real life. If he charges 500 for everyone, then its steep). Again, I did not argue because I was in a hurry to submit my application, so went ahead and done with it. I gave 1 star less because of extra charge or stamp, as well as not utilizing the infrastructure freely available to improve client-lawyer relationship. He wasn't sure of filling the place where county mentioned so left it blank. I would have appreciated more if he was confident with his years of practice to say that it is not necessary. Again I appreciate not doing something in doubt.

I would suggest this place. Every need of a client is taken care and they work in detailing and dept aspect of the case. From the draft till representation the best place to handover any legal matters. Moreover makes the law process easy and understandable to every layman. Great work sir.

Had most of my documents attested here in order to travel abroad. Truly professional people. Of course, they being too ethical is sometimes hard on the clients. Mandatory to bring all necessary documents in order to avoid commute. It is better to make appointments, but they are always welcoming walk-in's as well. Committed to their work.
