I had applied for a new connection in online and when reached their place for the status , they helped well and got the approval in 2 days. The way they handled us was so polite and people working there are friendly and approachable

No. 1 fraud agency. I applied for a new connection. It's been 1 year since I applied, but I am yet to get connection. They force to apply for double cylinder connection even if our need is single gas cylinder. Moreover, they themselves sell gas cylinder in black market for 1500/cylinder. Worst customer service. No proper reply whenever I ask for updates through phone. IOC Call centre is worser than this gas agency as they don't take our complaints. It's better that I have to look for some other dealers and agencies other than IOC and this Maruthi.
