Service is good.2 days before service my Ertiga. meet Mr. Karthick he properly take my problem and rectified. But more than half hour i was wait in customer lounge..

Never had this kind of worst service experience with any of the service centre. I left my car for service for more than 10 times till now I haven’t been satisfied with their service. Each and every time u have to follow them for each and every complaint. If u mention 10 complaints they will rectify only 2 or 3. Complete waste of time and money need to spend half a day with them to completely rectify your problem and take delivery. I kindly suggest everyone not to leave ur car for service in Rajalakshmi cars

Very worst body shop,billing not clear. They have billed me Rs.17,423. 00 asked for billing. Mr.sakthlvel told billed mistakenly. Rs.1 200 will returned you. But till no response from them.not returned till now.

I got an SMS from Rajalakshmi cars and also I called n asked them about the camp they going to conduct on 27/01/19 and they mentioned it will take 3hrs for those check up, He said many vehicles are there so come early so I went there around 8:45am (they open by 9:00am). But to my surprise the job card for my vehicle was taken by 9:45am only. I really felt I shouldn't have not taken here on this day. Even thou not many vehicles but the man power was very less it seems today..... The service Advisor was good. I think he did good job... But I didn't get my vehicle on time. There was a delay in vehicle deliver...... The service seems to be OK...... I just want Rajalakshmi cars to know when they have some kind of camp, they should have arranged for man power for the same. Over all not a good experience but just an OK.......

Too many cars come for service. . Engine oil after changing is just tiny little above minimum level. . Go fr a place whr incoming cars are minimal so that service quality won't be compromised
