Although the service is good but still have to improve their customers repo !!! The billing is also an issue... Jus for an electrical check up they charged me 2k which is very high

Service is good. When they suggest to go for additional accessories and when we don't accept, that time their pleasing voice/tone is suddenly reduced. Apart from that service is good so far as per my experience. Will keep updated further.

Service is good. But pricing is not clear. Their receipts can be more detailed. I think they purposefully avoid detailed billing. For major problems, they put all fixes like paragraph and put cost as mere numbers. The parts cost , tax for each part, labour cost, tax for labour breakdown is not clear in their bill. Disapoointed and been cheated once on billing.

Very less knowledgeable service agents, they strive to find out the faulty part and just replace it with new one. No diagnosis or enthu to find out what and why the part got faulty.. The only word they get out from their mouth is replace the part.. MRP GST Labour cost that will slap you like anything.. I went for a clutch problem, they changed my entire clutch plate set and charged me 15 k only thing that matters here is that its authorised Maruthi and and every thing recorded online... My dashhhh. People like hospitals take an second opinion before walking in here or place ur vehical there and try talking to some experts..
