Well what can I say about an establishment that's been running successfully in the midst of the City for close to 3 decades? Pure class. Mathsya being a veg dining hotel of the Udupi home is a must try spot if you are in Egmore or anywhere in Central Chennai. They have set up a peaceful ambience with their food infused with nostalgic aroma as their taste is unchanged throughout the years. Their prices are not very high when compared to other Pure veg dining options in the city. A happy place to be :)

Authentic veg taste and also one of the Chennai oldest hotel. But I would say the taste in recent days is not as good as old. But yet a traditional hotel

My family's favourite restaurant. The reason is their timings. We can dine in till 11 pm and the dishes here are too too good. People must try dosa items here and their desserts too. If you think of any restaurant after 10 that too vegetarian restaurant. Mathsya will always be the first choice to go. Best place for family dine out ...

It's a pretty old restaurant, with a well established name. Hope in for some good south Indian and North Indian food. They specialize in preparing special Jain food as well. Good ambience, and quality and quantity of food is satisfying.

Good vegetarian place. The dishes were good and decent quantity. Enjoyed a wonderful evening with friends. Great place for friends and family settings.

Awesome food , very tasty, and lots of variety, probably the busiest Vegetarian restaurant in Egmore, waiting time 15- 30 min during busy hours, Worth having a try and also for regular visits. Good food for good price.

Good food with reasonable prices. Nice restaurant ambience. Except for the waiting time and improper management of orders, other aspects are fine.
