Recently I had non surgical hair replacement in Max Hair clinic Nungambakkam. They made me feel welcomed. This place is great and the people in front desk are extremely friendly and accommodative. The ambience is very charming . Mr.Thomas is very friendly , considerate and calm.they are quite accommodating to requests and queries. Quality service and value for money. They respect our privacy. Very experienced hair stylists and the result looks stunning. I am quite happy. No rush , looks Natural, hygiene and fantastic service.

First, i was a big time dreamer of the results of hair transplant. I was promised a better look, better hair and better mental feel. I then decided to take up the transplant of 4500 follicles in my crown area and at the front sides and some at places where the density was lesser. The main intension was the crown area. I spent 2.3L for the surgery. I had high hopes from the words that came from the consultant and doctors. I had promised hair for a min of 20 yrs to sustained. I did the surgery. 6 months went passed then i consulted the doctor and she said you should see the results in 1 yr. 1 year passed and i could see slight differences. but after 1 year, even the transplanted hair started falling. The main plan of transplant was the crown area. I then consulted the team after 1 and half years. They advised me to take another surgery for 3500 more follicles and gave me an offer price for it. I decided not to take the risk again. I then left it. but it has been 2 years and 5 months now. I see nothing but total hair lost in the crown where 3000 follicles were planted. I have attached the current pic. This is after a shampoo wash. If i take this in the evening with an oily skin then i will have a doubt if i spent 2.3L for this. So i am highly disappointed with the surgery after seeing this. I am not sure if this is the case for all transplants or just with the transplant done in Maxhair. But I am highly disappointed for wasting lacks in MaxHair. Note for management: You can get all my details using my date of surgery. it was done on 15th June 2016. As I see that you have asked(in a different review) to check with your team before posting. I have had all conversations with all of your team and done enough to answer all your questions.

I spoke to Mr.Thomas on phone and met him same day. He is very honest upfront and I liked their transparency. The team is very warm and provided excellent service. The facilities are very clean, they use good quality tools and materials. Overall very satisfied and definitely recommend.
