Now the management has changed and named as Torana motors. Since 2007 I am servicing my Two Wheeler. They were good until 2 years back. Now it seems the key technicians and supervisors have left. I didn't find a responsible person whom we talk to or take up our feedbacks. I had a poor service last week.

Don't use their pick up and drop service. Exhorbitant rates. Charged Rs 175. Service charges also equivalent to company service centres. Go for other smaller service centres that have lesser service charges and also offer free pick up and drop.

Excellent professionalism and cost effective. People and specifically Mr. Nambi are very open and friendly. they explain the problem and failures. caused . After recent engine overhaul and service, scooter is very pleasant 7 smooth to drive. Very helpful in terms of customer service, when my bike was breakdown they come all the way to pick immediately.

I have given my Royal Enfield Thunderbird bike for service here many times. I am very much satisfied each and every time. Here the employees are more user friendly. Also the service is too good... past few years i was looking for good bike service shops.. finally i found this last year... I just want to let every one know about this service centre.. so just thought to give the feedback about them for others who are looking for bike service.. i am really appreciate them for the great job done for each time... Your spending money is really worth to it... Thanks a lot to them...

Excellent service centre, I have been servicing my CT100 and Scooty streak here for past 2years and they have been sincere and very good customer service, used only genuine parts and timely delivery. In fact their manager Mr. Nambi is a very polite person and attends to all my queries and sees that they are rectified to my satisfaction. They deserve a 5star rating and please keep up the good work.

Very good service centre with friendly customer service.. I own a Royal Enfield Electra 350 and they do the better service than Royal Enfield showroom.. They are best for RE machines.

They genuinely trying to get highest customer satisfaction levels. Nambi (service advisor) who takes the vehicle for service by first driving and say his observations about the vehicle and he then note down customer complaints which I feel good approach. They also seek feedbacks from the customers post delivery which is a sign that they want to improve. It is good service station for Ppl who got fed up with authorised service centers and wanted to change after free services. Serviced my Activa & Dio!
