I had a good experience with Mech Point Pallikaranai. The owner of the shop Gopinath, was right there from the start. He examined my car and diagnosed the rear wheel bearing problem. Interior polish and foam wash was perfect and i am very satisfied. General service work was good.

Very nice service center. Loved the responses of the whole team and the care taken to fix the issues Recommended multi brand car service center in this locality. Many services are offered. Pickup and drop service is also provided. Card payment is not accepted but the UPI payments are accepted.

Don't visit this workshop. Poor workman ship. They will not repair your car they will add additional repair to your cars . Don't spoil your vehicle giving in this useless garage, they won't even respond to your phone call..

I gave my i10 for express service on 31st Jul 2020 they done well. Good customer service... Friendly approach and ontime delivery... Reasonable charge... Its my personal experience... Thanks Mr.Bala. I forgot Mechanic name he has sound technical knowledge and did well too...

this place is good just for car cleaning and oil change. technicians are not much knowledge about the specific problem. I had engine oil leakage and AC powering on issue in my car. they have charged Rs.8000 including leakage arrest and AC issue, they have told my car will be delivered by 5PM, but i got only 8:30 PM. I noticed oil leaking and AC also not working on next day morning and i went with my car for 2nd time to fix it. They are charged Rs.6600 this time for fixing Oil leakage and AC issue. i was told that the vehicle will be delivered by 2 PM but i got only 8:30 PM this time also. again AC was stopped working suddenly after 5 KM driving in the next day morning I called them immediately and i was told that, AC coil was gone and that needs to be replaced to make AC Working, the amount is around Rs.2900 for Coil labor charge. Finally i had spend Rs.6000 more from the actual budget and after 2 long day delay and my car was delivered without AC. I extremely disappointed and took my car with another service center for 2nd Opinion. they have checked thoroughly and told that AC relay was gone and earth cable problem in AC fan. they have changed that relay and fixed the earth cable issue just for Rs1300 and my AC is working now. technicians are not checking the real issue, they just top-up the AC gas both the times and told the leakage issue was fixed. Also they are not committed with the delivery time. for both the services they are delivered the vehicle beyond the committed time. i am referring this center only for regular PM and water wash and for the technical issues.

Gave my Ertiga for foam wash.. He returned the vehicle within the time promised. The work was really good .. Car returned with fragrance!
