I have been visiting this center for my gynecologist appointment and test over the last 4-5 years. Lately they don't value the time of the patient. When I went there on March 8 at 11 and gave the prescription for test in the front desk, they made me wait for more than an hour to bill it. After reminding them few times, they billed for my scan and asked me to go to first floor. When I went there, the staff told the radiologist has already left and come in the evening. Ultimately I ended coming the next day and took the scan after waiting for another 2 hrs. There is no proper q system. No value for money or time. If you do the master health check-up there, then you may get priority. Also I saw an 80yr old man complaining that he has been waiting with his bladder full for his scan for around an hour. It would be great if the management organises proper appointment and queue system

I have taken appointment a day before for MRI and i informed them i am coming from Very far so kindly make me in time. my appointment was 11:00 and i came 10:50 along with a child ., they made me wait till 1:15 , i was asking them reg. my appointment by they never cared, the hospitality was very bad and they consume too much of time. I have never seen such diagonize who made patient to wait along with a child. I strongly not suggest this place for anyone

There was no appointment that could be booked prior for the visit. Also, the waiting time was too high. I had been for pregnancy scan, it would be better if proper explanation was given for the scan performed.

Clean hospital, got a full body check up done.. everything done very nicely, got blood and urine reports on the same day... Hygienic and clean from all aspects.. most of the staff understands english. Suggest to visit at 7-8am as it becomes crowded by 9am. So you can beat the que else you might have to wait for 30mins to 1 hour depending on what you need to get done.
