I had a very unpleasant experience here in this medical shop today, this is the closest med plus and I have been there to purchase some basic medicine,hand sanitizer in the past.They are super rude,once the boss lady told her staff not to type PIN number on my behalf,I tried to avoid contact due to safety issues,the next time boss lady had a visitor who bypassed the queue and didn’t buy med but just had a friendly chat so he was allowed to bypass the queue. later today when I walked up to the store with my mom’s prescription for Parkinson’s, the prescription was dated August 4th and they were not responding, I explained that due to lockdown we are only having online consultation in practo.The Doctor had asked us to continue the medicine for mom and the boss lady won’t get me the medicines,the prescription as it is was for 30 days, today 1st September is not yet 30 days but boss lady immediately shook her head,they returned the prescription.They won’t talk to us or they won’t explain what they think. There was another old man who bought something before me,they were yelling at him that he didn’t key in the PIN number properly. They behave like they interact with criminals and not patients and attenders of patients. Same time in few minutes we drove to another MedPlus in Nelson manikam Road to get medicine and got the medicine without such fuss. ########I just read all reviews before me and I am sure there are going to be several reviews after me,genuinely upset customers are sure to write such reviews here.Please act on our reviews ######

Any medicine you go ask there they say not available. Why do they even need to keep a branch there? Atleast Apollo can take over. Please close up medus.
