I really don't understand why cant the medicine pre-orders be taken on call, with money pay on any paytm or Gpay or UPI wallets. I tried on this but no luck, they are forcing to come and order. For any rare medicine, they check their online catalogue and you have to pay them advance money and they can get the medicine for you. you can come back once it is arrived and collect it.. Totally it is double time visit here, which should be truly avoided during the pandemic times. This should be simplified

Very worst service by the crew members of med plus, Urapakkam. I bought a complain 400g pack on 4/7/18 and there was a box free for it . I saw it was damaged and demanded for the return of money on the spot. But they irresponsibly saying they have printed the bill and will never return the money or ordered me to buy some other product with that money. This is rediculus. I want the product which I need . Too worst service. I said them to change the bill , but they didn't. What you guys think a customer is ??? Being a women they did not respect me . I need a compensation for this ... We are member of the med plus for more than 10-15 yrs Medplus is a reputed company Urapakkam branch is the worst ... Either take the item back and give me the money , or give me the non-damaged(good) product .

Poor customer service.Any time order medicine they said some not available then I fully cancelled the order.l think they are happy. happyhappy about that.
Offers discount up to 15%. Has stock of Regular medicine and toiletries. Accepts cards. You can order online and collect it from store. Has parking space. Just on service road, next to Apollo pharmacy. Good service too.
Overall All Medplus Medical shops are providing 10%discounts for medicine and 5,% to non medical items,Staffs in these places are very good
