They won't give response for customer. I had bad experience. We can't get claim from this company. Whenever you ask they will ask you to sent all original documents. Even you sent three times they will ask you to sent again and again.

We have a corporate tie with Medsave..even after submitting the documents they are sending acknowledge of receipt of documents after 40 days and after 2-3 months they are asking for clarifications from doctors and hospitals..still awaiting my claim to be settled.. Pathetic
