They are thieves, charging double for self driven cars than chauffeur driven cars with fuel. They outsource broken, old cars which are usually 10 yrs old. I booked luxury car and they gave me junkyard car with mal functioning engine/suspension and ABS. Dirty, ugly - as usual which is part of Indian tradition. Such agencies are shame for country. Avoid Mercury car rentals/ also they use AVIS website to sell. Typical thugs of India.
