Poor product quality. We bought a shutter. Within 4 months the motor gear box broken and motor burned. When we made so many calls for 2 months they didn't turnup for service. Now they are saying they only supply new motor.They can't do warranty replacement even though it is in warranty period. Worst ever service. They talk very well when they sell new product.
