Worst ever experience in a shop. I was really interested in buying a camera and the executive named Felix with zero knowledge on any product was not interested to speak to customers. Will never recommend to any of my friends

The services are poor in this zone. Can say like there will be a huge expectations standing in the biggest mall in city and having just good service! It seems bad and gives negative impression. Can be much better without showing silly faces. Products are classic as it is MI showroom and the places are neat. They are good at professional level showing differance between products and explaining about them. All classy products of MI phones are here and to make marketing there are other MI products displayed like Mi vaccum, MI Powerbank, MI scooter,MI walker, MI pen, MI lights etc. Could rate more if satisified more! Check out the pics!

U don't get all the MI products here... Better to buy it on online store... There is no price difference but only thing is u don't need to wait for few days to get delivery... Pls call b4 u go and check for the product availability... Apart from that, the staffs r friendly n explain about the products

Worst place, Worst experience, i was planning to buy a tv and fixed with two brands TCL OR MI it was really hard to finalise the brand at last i fix to go with Mi based on reviews and 1000rs less comparing to TCL. I'm not interested on buying online so I went directly to store, thats where I faced worst customer experience feels like the people work here doesn't seems professional. For me customer service was TREAT THE CUSTOMER AS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED but in this shop i didn't feel that simply wasted 10 mins waiting here. And this moment i have finalised to buy A TCL tv and bought it cause I got a best store experience at Reliance digital ..
