One of the best restaurants where Chennai Malayalis can get the rich traditional meal (nalla naadan oonu). They have got other dishes as well, but obviously have earned the name for the tasty Kerala meals. Have been to the restaurant umpteen times and would still go when I long a Kerala meal with payasam. The service is also very good and the personnel are also very friendly. The ambience has got a royal touch, with a subtle grey tone around you. Spacious enough to accommodate 10 group of customers. Don't miss when in Chennai.

Actually reviewing it a year later. We had a wonderful experience here. The foods were top notch when we tried. The Thalassery biryani it was a best one here. Only few restaurants can give a good Thalassery biryani. We tried bamboo biryani, that was also good. A perfect kerala restaurant . After that I have tried many kerala restaurants but not satisfied like this place. The service was also so good here. There was some special dish for that day i guess. They will suggest you to try the dish of the day. Actually we have order half our orders on the suggestion of waiter. It was so good and it was just as lime he explained (the aroma , flavours and taste). Had to visit again and will update the review. Hope it tastes as good as the last time.

Awesome food , really nice am suggesting beef kanthari which so mouthwatering ,I never had such a good thing till the day I had from here. Finally I got a chance meet the chef and it's a wonderful moment with with him to say my thanks for the food , Finger crossed
