Totally I wasted a money with this travels. We hired a tempo from them and it has very worst cleanliness. ugly seats (even not having seat covers) and ugly screens. They are not taking care of the customers in this tough corona situations too.

Dear all don't trust mithu car rentals , there drivers are doccaits, thieves and criminals. .... On 30 may 2017 I book 2 traveller for 12 days....I've note down starting kilometres reading and confirm the meter reading to there driver pradeep raj and jebestin . I am totally disappointed on my last day of trip just because there driver stopped there traveller 200 kilometres away from chennai......and pressurised us to write false metre reading ....when we argued, the driver says the vehicle will not run if u won't menupulate the starting kilometres reading. .....we feel helpless coz we have to depart from chennai on same night, we have reservations in ahiliya express. The drivers of Mithu car rentals charged us 220 kilometres more than we travelled, it's even more than the average daily running, they are thieves even office staff of Mithu car rentals (Fathima) did not support us as she also have a record of actual meter reading. So dear all please beware and don't use there services for a hazzel free tour.

Brand new cab. Most economical rates. Aircon was at its best. Most polite and courteous service. You will certainly stick to them. Will certainly recommend to all my contacts. The driver is thorough with the topography. He takes you through all the shortest routes. Value for money.

Use their service once and you will give them a five star. They provide a genuine tariff best compared to anyone in the area, may be best in Chennai I can say. Driver Shivakumar was so friendly and co-operative I would love to take his service again and again whenever I need. Thanks to Fathima for the last minute changes she did based on our requirement. She is so prompt and helpful.

We had a trip from Chennai to Yelagiri. Mithu travel is the best I have ever come across. We hired a tempo traveller. Their vehicle is brand new. Driver was on time for pick up. Very helpful driver with good manners. Mr. Vincent and Ms. Kavitha - Mithu travel owner and the staff gave us good customer support. They are reliable in everything. All the best guys. Good job.
