It's a good scan place. Skilled technicians to help you through everything, they're actually pretty kind. The rates are quite high as expected but there does seem to be some waiting time here. Better facilities could have been arranged for the elderly, for instance, an elevator is a must but they have a ramp. Good place, could be better. Decent quality scans.

Highly unprofessional staff. Full time attending personal mobile phones. Even after a gap of 10 days on taking scan, took half an hour to give the reports. Talked to patients very rudely. They aim at getting money only. Do not visit the scan centre at all ( Patient ID: 18456 dt 16 Nov 2019)

Worst service.. They took ultra sound scan for FEMALE patients by a MALE technician.. Pathetic, unprofessional, money minded.. not worth for a star.. Doctors those recommending this scan center should reconsider their tie ups with this MNRI Proscans & Lab. Orelse we can consider those doctors are also money minded and unethical.. Not recomended for anything.

Worst service. Phone lines are 24*7 busy. Have to follow up 10 times to get the report. Even after that they will say they will mail it, but we wont get. Again 2/3 followups. Not recommended

Very very worst service among all the scan centre.... Don't even know how to behave and care the patients.... Blindly doing the service..... Making us to wait so long and unsatisfied service... No worth for our money.. Just money minded service .........
