Models ONLY is run by Mr. Amar E Chakravarthy, under Afxisi Technology Service' Ltd which has 7-8 brands under it . FYI afxisi group falls under the BLACKLISTED companies in Chennai issued by IBM. I joined afxisi group in Oct 2018 and worked here. For 5 months , I have not been paid for 3 months ! Whenever I use to ask about the salary , I was told there were financial crisis that the company was going through so he wasn't receiving any payments from clients . Like that 2 months passed and I kept following weekly once and was hearing the same reason so far, in the third month I started following up for the salary everyday almost , Mr Amar kept saying it l be done by tomorrow . By the end of third month I told him that I am not willing to work under such circumstances, also I told him I would continue the work after I receive the pending payments. On hearing this he started arguing with me saying that I haven't been working well and there is no revenue from my side. I told him my job was no way related to your revenue , and later on he made the argument filthy by blaming me unnecessarily about not having knowledge on his products !! At the end he said he will not make any of my payments no matter what ! Probably to end the whole discussion he said he would call me back in a day and talk further !! After that he has not been answering any of my calls not responded for any of my messages till date! *There were two other colleagues working with me who were also not paid , the maid was also not paid !! Yes ! Also later on we got to know that this is a usual practice which earlier employees faced* The idea behind sharing my experience is only to save and help people from falling in such craps!! Coz while joining this company I tried researching about it but found no comments in the review section Thankyou , hope it helps one of you !
